so i live in mass, i am very scared i will be filing for for my son last name changed an full sole legal custody of my son. his father hasnt been in the picture since birth also is abusive. so i left him. for our safety. i am scared but also know it something i feel need to do. my friend will be coming with me to file cuz i been talking about this for 6 months but havent gone i have no way in contacting hia father nor now were he is at all court told me i need to do an ad in the paper. any moral support or advice for me please also pregnant with my daughter with current bf who is my son dad but no bio dad.
