Went to get my hair cut. Wanted a bob and this is what I got. When I asked the lady to cut it shorter, she told me she had too many appointments and that I needed to reschedule. I was astonished! I was hoping maybe she would offer a discount since I specifically told her I wanted the back above my shoulders onto the back of my neck. She didn’t give me a discount or anything and was just plain nasty towards me! I spent 35 plus tip on my hair and got treated like dirt. I left a tip, my husband was mad that i did but I always tip no matter the service. Should I call the manager and complain? Or am I over reacting? The front looks like a long bob but the back doesn’t .... idk I feel like I’m over reacting but I was very nice and the lady was so rude!
