SOS HELP

Okay sorry for the graphic pic but I am so worried and I can’t get into a doctor for a while but does anyone know what this is??? It started itching Friday and I saw there were bumps that looked like bug bites and now they look like this. I’m worried I caught something but idk if it’s razor burn from shaving or an STD. Does anyone know????!

They are kind of like all in a row except the ones on the right side are in a row but more towards the inner area
