femara and twins??

we were successful on one cycle of femara and my blood work is coming back with crazy high numbers. my ultrasound is next week at 7 weeks. anyone else have twins on this medicine?

Yes, I did. It does increase your chances of multiples, but not by a huge amount... still, if you’re getting high hcg results that may be the reason! Let us know what happens!

Hi there! I know this post is from April but I was wondering if you ended up having twins? We got pregnant after one round of Femara as well and my HCG at 4 weeks was 543. What was yours?
