I want to leave my husband.

He has gotten so mean and everything is my fault. I’m sick with bad migraines and nuerapothy. I have applied for disability. He throws it in my face every time we fight. Even called me a “crippled piece of shit” (I walk a little funny) and says I can’t take care of our 22 month old so he’s going to take him from me. He lost his job in November due to threatening to murder someone on social media he worked with, the guy got a protective order against him. He owes child support for another child, he hasn’t paid since November. I guess my question is, if I leave him, can he take my son? I can’t live without my son and he’s the only reason I’m staying right now. I live in Virginia.
