I'm 10 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing severe cramps exactly like my period cramps were. No bleeding but it's very painful. I have mentioned it to my doctor but they aren't concerned. this is my second pregnancy my first one was with twins and I never experienced this. this pregnancy is only one bub. Had an ultrasound at 6 weeks and heart rate was low but was told not to worry. have another one this Friday. any advice is appreciated xx
