Cramps ?

Is it normal to have light cramping and back hurting during early pregnancy ?

I’ve been having that its almost more like a cramp and an ache mixed together it’s not necessarily painful just uncomfortable!! But no bleeding. Been told cramping is normal as everything’s stretching but if it becomes unbareable or is accompanied by bleeding then to call the dr!

A friend told me they are normal in the first trimester as long as not severe.
