I’m a live-in nanny and i don’t particularly like cats but i’ve had them since the age of 3, so i’m used to them.

I am not a big fan of animals but along the years i have had many cats because my older sister loves animals, we even had dogs which i used to be very afraid of. (not anymore) I actually like dogs now.

I take care of 2 boys aged 7 and 10, but i honestly cannot stand the family’s cat.

Out of the, probably, 9 or 10 cats i’ve had and lived with in my life, only one was bad but not as crazy as she is.

She jumps on the top side bit of the stairs and tries to jump on my face.

If i’m stood by the dinner table she will jump on it, then on the top bit of the chair just to attack me.

She will act like she wants to lay down on me, just to bite or attack me.

I could be sat down and she will attack my legs, with her claws out and bite me.

I cannot stand that cat. I feel like quitting my job just because of her.

It’s annoying having to live with the fear that i might be disfigured by her.

And all the family can tell me is that she loves biting🤷🏽‍♀️ That’s not okay.

She literally does not leave me alone, all day she meows after me, follows me and i’m sick of it.

I feel like leaving but the children are very comfortable with me now and it makes the job easy.

The good thing is that, the community has been complaining about this cat and so she is not allowed to leave the house anymore (she does manage to escape). call me horrible but i can only hope they are forced to get rid of her.

sorry this was long, i just had to vent. and i know that if you love cats you will not understand.

i’m definitely a dog person.

The cat did it again today, three times. She tried to jump on my face as i was walking down the stairs but she fell because i sped up my walk. She keeps attacking my legs trying to bite me by holding my leg with her claws out and yesterday she attacked the little boys face multiple times but all the mum did was smile because she loves that cat so much.
