If you want them separate than he'll have to be able to date someone else too. A half open relationship is not very fair unless the other person is monogamous only. You can't expect a girl to like you and him though so it isn't fair to put her in that situation either. There are unicorns out there but you have to find someone okay with that and not just expect it.

It’s not really fair for you to be able to sleep with someone else but he’s not allowed to do anything. He’s in the relationship too, he’s absolutely allowed to lie down his own terms and conditions as well. I say you either add another person to your relationship or don’t do it at all

I’m with the other ladies here. If you are having an open/poly relationship, then you should both be able to sleep with whoever. It’s very unrealistic for you to expect your boyfriend being ok with you having a free pass on being with another woman, but he’s not allowed to participate because you’d get jealous.

I think there are many open relationships where the main couple doesn't share partners. Find a compromise, maybe he can find a girl of his own
