Mirena in for 5 years?!?!?

So I had my Mirena in for the 5 years. Now that I am 28 I see how difficult it could actually be for a lot of women. This place has really helped me out to understand that fertility is not easy and now that I really want it can it even be possible to have another child? I heard so many stories about (on the internet) that it took them about 1 year or less to conceive but not in the first couple of months. I took out my IUD May 19 abf started a regular period about 2 days later. I technically am 2 days late now but the pregnancy tests that I've taken are negative. I'm just confused. I really hope that my body regains full speed like I had it before. I have 4 children of my own and now its the prefect time for a new addition. Send baby dust and lots of luck! We shall just wait and see.
