Feeling that I’m losing track
I been so motivated but lately I have been eating sweet bread and I feel so guilty last week I didn’t even lose a pound because I lost track
How do I get up? I kinda see its hard cuz people at my house keeps getting fcking sweet bread. So far I lost 12 pound and I’m expecting to loose 15 more
I wanna lose 1-2 lbs a week but I swear I was feeling less bloated and now I don’t I just wish I didn’t eat that. Tonight I told my self that I’m gonna have my dinner without touching the bread even I my bf wants me to eat some I won’t
At this point I don’t feel it worthy
