Super low baby

I’m 33 weeks and yesterday at the doctors office they told me she is super low and they could see my belly having contractions, but I didn’t feel those contractions. They had a hard time finding her heartbeat because she is so low. Once they did find her heart beat it was at 145. It is super painful and uncomfortable right now. Does anyone else have/had a super low baby? How do you deal with the pain?
