FTM- What’s the easiest way to get through a door with a stroller (when no one else is around to open the door)?

Please include answers for push doors and pull doors. 
Push door: 
Do you push the door open open with one hand and push the stroller through with your free hand? 
Or do you reverse through the door and use your back to open/hold open the door? 
Pull door:
Do you pull the door open with one hand, hold it open with your foot/body, then push the stroller in? Is there another way for pull doors?

I do both exactly how you described lol. Pull I hold it with my side and leg. Push, I just reverse in

Backwards use your butt to hold the door open and pull the stroller in instead of pushing

For a push door, I just back out and then turn the stroller once we're out. And then for a pull door, I just open it with my left hand and push the stroller in with my right. Super simple. I've never had any sort of issues either way. Never had to wait for someone to open it for me or use a handicapped entrance or anything like that haha I didn't even realize people did that.

I do each of the options you suggested, all depends on the size/weight of the door, which stroller I’m using and whether or not I also have a dog with me. 
What I always forget to do is look for a wheelchair button, most places have them and that’s definitely a lot easier.

Find the handicap entrance. It has an automatic door. If there isn’t one, just push the door open and walk through. Same with a pull door. Pull it open and push the stroller through.
