I like my bf a lot but Im getting so frustrated with him getting mad at me often. Like today, I was ranting about how my ex keeps bothering me at school & he tried to turn it back on me saying that I don’t do anything about it. Then he said he was going to take me out on Friday but I told him I was gonna go to a party with my stepdad & he said “are you serious? You’d rather go hang with those drunkies?” At that point I was fed up & told him “you know what, talk to me when you’re off your period” then hung up. Should I just leave?

Update: I hadn’t committed to going out with him /: my stepdad had barely mentioned the party when he called and told me he was going to take me out, didn’t ask if I had plans or if I wanted to, then when I told him my plans, that’s how he responded
