Questions and doubts to be asked to doctor in ultrasound

Hi friends,

Can anyone provide me suggestions about questions that should I ask doctor about my baby health in ultrasound of 7 week 5 days. This week we are going to check heart beat as we haven't seen heart beat at 5 week 5 days.Do I need to take any mandatory test like hcg,baby growth and health related test,progesterone,blood or any other test to verify the baby is healthy without any issues in this week.please provide some updates.
