I had my baby girl a week ago and the past 3 days my postpartum bleeding has smelled like rotten meat, almost. This is my 3rd baby and I don’t remember this from before? Should I call my doctor or was this normal for some of y’all? My lower stomach is also tender when I walk but I can’t tell if it’s my uterus or my muscles because this is my first baby that I had naturally and I was TENSE through those contractions. Maybe I pulled a muscle? Idk. Any advice? Anyone experience this?
