How early can I test?

I’ve read on medical websites that you can test up to 5 days before AF with early response test. I’m 2 dpo, but 5 days before AF. Can I test? (We did BD every other day during fertility cycle.)

wait to see if your period comes first.  If not if wait another week to test because it could be late period you never know . plus if you are pregnant you want a strong positive.

Next week mid week. Can’t test at 2dpo the egg barely made it to the Fallopian tube.

You are not 2 dpo and 5 days before AF is due unless you have an extremely short cycle, and in that case would have fertility problems because you don't have long enough between ovulation and AF to implant
