Boyfriend issues

So my boyfriend is upset with me because I was forced to get a second job to pay bills. My first one wasn't giving me quite enough hours so I figured my best option would be to get another job. We have been together for almost 2 years and he is upset because he thinks I won't be able to spend time with him. I don't know what to tell him. What should I do?
