Wake up to Charlie Horse Pains In Legs! ??

I've woken up 4 times now. To make pegs having the worst pains!! There so bad that all I can do is grab onto them n scream.. until about 15 seconds after they go.. then my legs feel dead right after. . Still sore.. anyone else get these? Or have an explanation for me?? I'm 22 weeks pregnant! !

Try eating more bananas. Or pickles lol. I've heard that they will help with Charlie horses.

I've had two in a row and that was miserable! Let alone four!!!! Girl, potassium! Make sure to be careful stretching, that's what brings mine on. :(

Omg girl I woke up with one the other day and that ish sucked !!! I havnt had four in a row just the one and I just pointed my toes up toward my body and it went away :) then I ate a buttload of bananas to keep away cramping good luck I'm 24w and 6 days btw
