Hi All! What are you planning to do for your baby’s nursery? I had friends suggest making more of a toddler room than a nursery because they aren’t planning on having their son sleep in his own room until he is one. I was thinking of making baby’s room with a dresser, bookshelf etc, but keeping the crib in our room. Then I got to thinking why wouldn’t I just keep all of her stuff in my room until she’s ready to be on her own at night? (Maybe I’m crazy, first time mom here.) Also, I have arthritis in my feet from a car accident years ago, so I’m always thinking of ways to cut down on walking very far with her (I’m planning on putting a diaper change station and pack and play downstairs, too). Just wanted thoughts on what worked well and what you’d change if you could do it again! Thanks.
