Okay, so I am not the skinniest person. I get called fat all the time and I want to lose weight. Well I eat a lot for lunch and dinner and some snacks. Well say I eat for lunch 2 tacos,rice, beans and then a salad with croutons, cheese, egg and ranch. And I drink half a coke and a small water bottle.
If I eat less. Like for lunch instead of all that just drink water and eat an orange. Would I get skinner??

But would it make me skinnier?
