Going through a fertility specialist ttc can someone ovulate on CD4&5

I've been going to a fertility specialist an I'm supposed to call them when I get a positive surge.. I'm CD 6 (sense it technology after midnight) the too two test was taken on CD 4 an the bottom one was taken on CD5... they both look pretty positive to me? what do you think. I didn't even think one could ovulate this soon. Literally a day after my cycle stopped. I am supposed to go the 17th for my 12 day scan. An hopefully do my trigger shot..
