How to care for open pores ? Or large pores after you’ve done an extraction? Witch hazel is too harsh for my skin

You need something with glycolic acid or sal acid to help keep the dead skin from building up and widening the pores. Sometimes pores scar & get wider from being full of junk. A mild toner with AHA’s will help. Also, continuous exfoliation along with a good skincare regimen. I have some products you might be interested in - I’ll send you a PM request!
