Wreak

So yesterday Monday 4-10-18 me and one of my best friends got in to a car wreak

It was raining

And the truck in front of us slammed on breaks because of the car in front of them they was turning and didn’t turn their blinker on and when the truck in front of me slammed on breaks I slammed on breaks and I slide right into the truck

The truck I hit is not in any way hurt my car on the other hand is not

Every since the wreck i have had a really bad headache and it was just that center and now it’s my whole head any suggestions on what I should do ?
