Twins?

Okay so just curious is there anything that just feels so different when having twins compared to just one?

Im pregnant with my second and havent had a sonogram yet, well alot of odd things keep happening making people tell me they have an odd feeling im with twins my mom even had a dream before she knew i was pregnant about me having twins and it does run in my side of the family as well as my husbands side so i was curious if theres anything that could really tell me thats a big chance other than my obvious sonogram that i havent gotten done yet. Like symptoms or just anything im just very impatient and curious!
