Go to a new doctor if this one isn’t working out, but don’t order prescription medications on the internet. I feel like that should go without saying...

It’s not a safe med to take unmonitored. Plus without diagnostics whose to say it would do you any good (i.e. what if tour lining isn’t good or tubes are blocked). 
If you have been waiting over a year for s referral take charge and find a new doctor or just make an appointment with an RE.  Unless your insurance covers fertility treatment then a referral won’t matter anyway.
