Anyone else hip pain and pressure??

I’m having so much pain I can barely walk and sleeping nothing works to get me comfy??? It’s my 3rd baby and I don’t remember this with the other 2??

Get a belly band! That thing seriously relieves so many of my pains including the hip pains.

Thanks I have wraps from my 2 year old I might try that.... I just been taking it easy today to see if that helps for tomorrow

The exercise ball helped. My midwife said you can wrap your hips with a baby wrap instead of buying a belly band. I might try that out!

The pain definitely gets worse with each pregnancy, that is what my doctor told me and boy was she correct the ligaments are just so loose. Stretching can help. I’m stupid and got rid of my maternity pillow shorty after i had my son, but it helped with sleeping. With only 3 months left to go on this pregnancy I realized I can’t take it anymore and bought another U shaped pillow.

Try sitting on an exercise ball and a hot bath,  that's what helps me.
