I took a pregnancy test yesterday because I was beginning to feel really sick and I had constant cramps. The test was positive. I began to have brown spotting and really light blood spotting. I woke up this morning barely able to move because my stomach felt like someone was stabbing me. When I went to the bathroom, I had big blood clots and I was bleeding very heavy. My period was due yesterday but the pregnancy test was positive so could I be having a miscarriage?
