Trying to conceive!!!!

What have you guys done to help with your 2nd pregnancy.? Seem as though it's so hard trying to conceive. My calendar keeps saying that today is the last day of my period but I haven't had one yet. I'm thinking it's going to come some days late. I've had problems with ovarian cyst on my right side in the past & with my first child I had a c section, could this be a reason I haven't been so lucky.?
