haven't bled in inactive pills yet

at what point does this become a concern. I have 2 inactive pills and 5 w estrogen only. I'm now on my first estrogen only pill and still no bleeding. I haven't been that good about taking my pills plus this is my first month so now I'm scared I'm pregnant.
