implantation bleeding?

hi lady's so on the 8th of April I started spotting and I spotted for the whole day, then the second day I was bleeding heavy, the third day was light, and so today there is nothing not even when i woke up there was blood on the pad and so I'm confused and my period isn't due for another week and a half.
