What kept you going?!
Hey ladies iv seen many inspirational post on here about losing weight and becoming the weight you always dreamed of.
First I just wanna say thank you for inspiring me.
Second I would like to ask you , how do you do it, like what keeps you going and motivated
Iv always been on the “bigger” side like not obese but big thighs I hate and a belly, iv started work out routines before but they never stuck
I’m currently 26 weeks with my second child and after I have her and heal I would like to get a membership to a gym and get the body I dream off.
Any advice? Or motivational speeches someone would like to give me? What kept you going
