Home pregnancy tests

Hi. I took a test on Saturday morning. Initially it came back negative. Last night before I took my shower something told me to look at it again. When I did I saw a second line. My first thought was that it was an evap line. But my mother looked at it too and she said that evap lines don’t have that much color to them like the line in my test did. The second line is very pink and it’s darker on the top part and is lighter on the bottom. I don’t know if I should trust that test due to it being four days after I used it. I was also a week late for my period. It ended last night so a total of three days of it. It was also super light and brighter compared to my normal periods. Please help
