How does my diet plan sound?
Breakfast:
A piece of fruit (apple, banana, orange, etc.) or a healthy smoothie, or eggs with water or orange juice.
Lunch:
Some sort of salad.
Dinner:
Either chicken/steak and veggie stir fry (without rice) or just grilled chicken with broccoli.
Any suggestions? I’m also taking a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar before every meal. I’m allowing myself a tablespoon of peanut butter for a snack as well. I’m going to the gym 5x a week for 1-1 1/2 hours a day.
