After PID laparoscopy success rates?

I have pcos & have had 3 blighted ovums & recently 1 ectopic pregnancy. My body passed the ectopic naturally but I continued to have pain. 3/19 we went in for surgery & found out I had severe adhesions from PID. My fertility specialist removed the adhesions & repaired both tubes. He said he doesn’t know how I’ve even gotten pregnant before due to so much scar tissue. Does anyone have any success stories after adhesion removal? He mentioned he wouldn’t save my tube if he felt they were unrepairable. So I’m trying to stay positive that I still have them both.
