Should I be concerned?

I'm 7 weeks 2 days & the past week I've had really bad nausea every day & night. However, yesterday & today I've been pretty much okay. Got sick twice yesterday morning, but other than that I've felt not so horrible. Is this normal or should I be worried something might be wrong? I know this is a dumb question lol. Got the first baby paranoia!
