I found out when I was 3+2 at 10DPO but I guess that doesn’t happen often

Nope I got a very faint like at 2 weeks 6 days then two bfp around 3 weeks and got a even dark test today at 4 odd weeks!

It depends on hormone levels. Typically Yes. I'm implantation can happen as early as 6 DPO and as late as 12 DPO.
