Diva cup?

Have any one tried the diva cup thing. Looks like a great idea but how does it feel?

As long as it's inserted correctly, you can't feel a thing.

Since everyone's bodies are different, you'll have to figure out what works well for you. What fold should you use? How high up should you insert? How often should you empty the cup? Things like that. You might find it will take 1-3 cycles to make the cup work perfectly for you. During that time of "experimenting", I would suggest wearing a pad along with your cup. Also, be willing to give yourself more time in the bathroom, as it might take you a few tries to get it in or out. Don't worry, it doesn't hurt.

I love my diva cup, and find that it makes my period much less painful, messy, expensive, and inconvenient. I'd say give it a try if your interested!

LOVE mine!!! So yeah ever since I first started my period way back when, I used tampons and never thought twice about it. And then a few years later, I hear about these cups... Menstrual cups?! Yeah they're the best things ever and I'm sooo glad I learned about them and bought one. I have the Diva Cup and it's amazing. The first couple tries are a learning experience but you can't give up and it's always best to try it out before your period :) and it last from 5-8 hours!! So much better than a tampon, as well as no TSS issues or nasty toxic and bleached chemically treated tampons!😷 and once it's time to empty it, you just empty it in the toilet, clean off and insert again. Honestly it's our own body and we should be comfortable and familiar with all parts so I personally don't find this gross.
