Can you eat chicken salad?

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and just had a chicken salad wrap from the local deli.  I'm freaking out. Does anyone eat chicken salad while pregnant?

Chicken is prone to listeria, just like it is salmonella but of it's thoroughly cooked you have nothing to worry about. The heat kills it.

It's completely fine I eat chicken salad sandwiches like twice a week and I am 15 weeks pregnant 🤤 My SO makes the most delicious chicken salad for me but in a pinch I also will go buy some from the Fry's Deli ❤️

You're fine. I still eat deli meats all the time and I'm 32 weeks pregnant now. The risk of getting sick from it is very low. ☺
