Is This Too Weird?

To name my son Hudson when the town I live in is called Hudson?? The town next door is called Ashley and there's loads of Ashley's in and around the town.  Is it too odd?

I think Hudson is a common enough name so you should be ok. That said, I wouldn't do it myself. I love the name Victor, but my husband works in the town of Victor so to me it's off limits. If you really love the name though, I say go for it.
