Help with ovulation day
So I am a mouth breather and this is the first month I am temping. I think I'm going to switch to a different method next month because I think the mouth breathing is messing with my temps.
But, when would you ladies say I ovulated?
I got peak surge results on the 16th and the 17th I kept testing to see how long the surge lasted for me and it seems to have lasted about 48 hours.
