Got my BFP today at 16DPO, after testing & getting ambiguously faint lines on 12DPO & 13DPO

Got my BFP today at 16DPO, after testing & getting ambiguously faint lines on 12DPO & 13DPO ... I had to squint to see them :) Glow has been a great help along the way this last month that I've started using it! Very excited but also scared & not allowing myself to get too excited because I have PCOS & this was my first cycle on Letrozole (supplemented with inositol) so I'm worried it could be a cyst that developed or something else. I'm going to see OBGYN to confirm. A​fter TTC for a year, DH & I are praying it's a real pregnancy. He's a real optimist though so he's more confident than I am that it is :)
