I eat lots of foods rich in probiotics. I don’t have any issues and feel good so for me it’s not necessary.

I took the pink stork prenatal probiotic for the first half of my pregnancy to help my morning sickness. Once my morning sickness went away around 22 weeks I stopped taking it because I hate taking pills

I take supplements that focus on gut health. Magnesium, probiotic, natural vitamin energy drink, high quality multivitamin which doubles as my prenatal

I took one for awhile but stopped when I had to start buying other supplements cause it adds up😂 I think it helped keep me regular but I havent been having issues without it yet so 🤷🏻‍♀️

I take the Culturelle probiotic, but I have IBS and was taking it prior to becoming pregnant. I just kept up with it now since I was already on it.
