Does anyone else feel nauseated and throw up when starting your period? I had light brown spotting for 2 days now 1 day before my expected period I have a light/med flow of rusty brown/red blood..Ive never thrown up because of AF but today I did 3 times!

I throw up before af every month. And I also throw up right before I ovulate. My doctor says it’s how my body handles my hormone changes.
