pregnant?

so last month my boyfriend and i had sex, he was teasing without a condom and it went in for .5 seconds and may have had precum, but we're not positive. well now i feel sick and a small sliver of me feels it my be that but he just had a stomach bug and i may have gotten it so how can i rule out one?
