Starting Clomid tomorrow... questions!

I’ve been waiting so long and cycle day 3 starts tomorrow! I’m starting Clomid this cycle but will not be getting follicle scans. I was told if I don’t get pregnant on 50mg I would have a scan the second cycle to see if I need to up the dosage.

Starting off on 50mg CD3-7. I ovulate normally but my eggs aren’t strong enough so I’m taking Clomid + PIO.

Because I do ovulate I’m a bit anxious about producing 2 or more mature follicles. Has anybody been in this situation? Is it more likely than someone who doesn’t ovulate normally? Should I be concerned about multiples? What was your experience like? Success stories?
