what can i do to increase my chances of pregnancy this month..

I've been trying for 2 months now and planning everything perfect bit still nothing.. I know it hasn't been that long but I'm trying to find ways to increase fertility.. any suggestions?

If you're not already, start doing ovulation predictor kits. Track your basal body temperature. Eat better. Relieve stress. Take prenatal vitamins. Use fertility friendly lubricants.

​Keep in mind that most healthy, "normal" women take an average of a year to concieve.

​If you're already doing all of those things, then you are on your way. You may get super lucky and concieve right away! ?

​It took me 3 years with my first (I have pcos), but my second happened as soon as I stopped birth control. Haven't been as lucky this time!
