Chances of TTC a second time?

I have endometriosis so I feel like I just got lucky the first time around getting pregnant. What are my chances of pregnancy the second time around? Are they higher since I already had a baby?

My RE thinks I have endometriosis. I got pregnant first cycle with my son. I’m on my third cycle for #2. My RE thinks I got lucky with my first and told me I should expect it to be harder this time. But I also have a luteal phase defect this time around.
