Implantation cramps ??

Are implantation cramps a real thing.. or is it all just in your head kind of thing!? I'm like 7/8dpo and I've just suddenly felt this pain, like period pains suddenly came on but then just went again.. any ideas??

My cramping in early pregnancy hung around from about 2 days before I missed period to end of first trimester

I’m 5/6 dpo & yesterday today I’ve had cramping on left side, af is due till 22nd April. I’ve also had sore boobs & horrible headache. Hope this is all good signs ☺️x
