Today is 13 days past my Ovidrel trigger shot. Is this my BFP???

I took a test yesterday at 12 days past the trigger and got a strong positive on the first response early test. I took a digital first response at 4 am today and it said yes! And I just took this first response rapid result test which says you aren't suppose to take it I'll your missed period which would be Saturday but I took it anyways. And I got this!! Is this a real positive??? Surely is can't be the trigger shot if it's this dark would it??? Monday is my appointment that I've had made for two weeks to get a beta and see if this third round of letrozole worked. I'm so nervous I hope this is real, I had two miscarriages prior to this and I never got strong positives this early at all ever! I also had three mature follicles this round and my specialist said there is a chance of multiples
